Welcome into my home and heart! Here I share and style my latest finds to help you feel chic, comfortable and confident.
Can I help you find something, friend?
We have always wanted to visit Park City, Utah and decided to book a ski trip there during our spring break (middle of March)! Our boys are 7 and 9 years old and we went for 5 days, which was the perfect amount of time IMO. Utah had an unusually warmer winter and there wasn’t a ton of snow on the ground during our stay. We were still able to ski and go snow tubing but could tell the season was coming to an end.
Here is my travel outfit of the day for the plane ride to Park City. I absolutely love these matching sets and length options and you might recognize this outfit in a different color for my trip home! 😉
We booked a 2 bedroom suite at Pendry Park City (recommended by a friend), and it was humongous! The kids loved the bunk bed room and we had a kitchen, washer/dryer, family room and 2 bathrooms. Pendry is located in Canyons Village, which has direct access to the ski lifts/slopes and also ski school/private lessons.
We signed both boys up for ski school in Park City the first two days and they LOVED it! They actually were begging us to do a third day! They skied from 9-3pm both days (with lunch and breaks in-between) and were able to go down the green slopes by the second day.

Hubby and I did the spa the first day. Here’s my spa day outfit!
After our spa date, we grabbed lunch at Drafts Burger Bar while the kids finished skiing. There are several restaurants located near the ski lifts and within walking distance of one another.

DBB has several vegan burger options, alongside regular burgers and sandwiches. I got a house-made veggie burger and it was delicious!
For dinner, we grabbed reservations at Twisted Fern. It was a 15 minute Uber ride there and worth it! This is a very popular place (definitely need a reservation) and there were several vegan-friendly items on the menu. I got the General Tso cauliflower with crispy rice cakes and it was a 10/10!

Here’s my dinner outfit!
My husband and I did a private ski lesson on the third day, while the kids did ski school. I have only been skiing once and was a little nervous. My first experience wasn’t the best because my shoes were painfully uncomfortable (more than they are typically).
I had a better fitting shoe this time (with adjustable calf) and the experience was like night and day! I stayed on the beginning slopes but my instructor said I can definitely try a green the next time we go! We had SO much fun and I highly recommend booking a lesson if you want to learn how to ski.
Here is my skiing outfit. Can you believe it’s from Amazon?

For dinner, we booked a special dining experience in the Stein Alpenglobes. This is a gorgeous property nestled high up in the mountains.
There are a limited number of aplenglobes available so I would book a reservation ASAP if it’s something you know you want to do! The views were incredible and so was the food!

Here’s my dinner outfit!
We decided to go snow tubing on the fourth day at Woodward Park City. Temperatures reached the mid 60s but there was still snow on the tubing lanes and also on the ski and snowboarding area next to it.

There is an indoor facility as well for kids to jump on trampolines and play in foam pits. We spent HOURS here + also had lunch at the cafe on property. Highly recommend coming here if you visit Park City or Salt Lake City!

Here’s my tubing outfit. LOVE this Amazon ski bib!
On the fifth day, we caught an early flight back to Florida! We had a great trip to Park City, Utah for our spring break! I would definitely recommend it if you’re looking to ski with your family – just keep an eye on the snow conditions. I bet it’s absolutely gorgeous when the entire town is blanketed in snow!
